Please be sure to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully and confirm the contents before making your purchase.
1. Shipping and Delivery
Orders confirmed by 9:00 AM on weekdays will generally be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, product exchange procedures, or operational circumstances.
If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will be shipped together. If you need individual items urgently, please place separate orders.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number by email.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

2. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or forgetting to apply a coupon.
Please note that impressions of fit, comfort, or product image may vary from person to person.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been confirmed. Please also note that mail-order sales are not subject to the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
If a customer forgets to enter a coupon code or fails to apply it correctly, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or price adjustments after the order has been confirmed. Please be sure to check that your coupon has been applied before completing your order.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the product is not defective.
The MYRÓA EXERCISE MAT is made with high-quality, ultra-fine and delicate fabric. Due to the nature of this material, the color may appear slightly different depending on the direction of the fibers when the surface is touched. This is a characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect.
The following items are not eligible for return:
・Items that have been used or washed
・Size differences of 1–3 cm due to measuring methods
・Differences in fit, comfort, or personal impression
・Color differences caused by lighting conditions or monitor settings
・Minor fraying, small stains, or pattern misalignment on the lining or detailed areas
In the Case of Defective Items or Incorrect Delivery
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us through the inquiry form within one week of receiving the product and attach photos of the defective area.
If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange. If the same item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
3. Long-Term Absence and Incorrect Address Information
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice. Please arrange redelivery directly with the delivery company.
If the package is returned to us after more than 7 days from shipment, we will store the item for 30 days. Any shipping fees for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Items whose storage period has expired will be disposed of, and cancellation fees and shipping costs may be charged.
Cases of incorrect or incomplete address information, such as missing street numbers, have been increasing. Please make sure to enter accurate information when placing your order.

Please note that we do not provide customer support by phone or Instagram DM.
