Shipping
Shipping Schedule
Orders confirmed by 9:00 AM on business days will generally be shipped on the next business day.
However, shipping may be delayed by approximately one business day due to logistics conditions, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
For international orders, products are first transferred from our warehouse in Japan to a designated international shipping facility for overseas shipment. Therefore, it may take up to approximately 5 business days before the order is dispatched from the international shipping facility.
The delivery time after international dispatch varies depending on the destination country or region. Please also note that delivery may take longer than usual due to local shipping conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Business days are based on the Japanese business calendar and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays.

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect shipment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to ordering the wrong size, placing an incorrect order, or the product not matching your expectations.
Used items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
